Claphams hidden gem

I do love a good 'hidden gem' and I got chance to visit one in Clapham, South London a few weeks ago. I then came across it again when looking through some old interior books online and just thought, why haven't i shared this amazing place!!

The Metro garden restaurant and bar is just outside the Clapham South tube station and is a dream to visit. Not only is the food a reason to go there for, the interiors are amazing and the service is top notch. When I went I was lucky to be served by one of the owners the lovely true Londoner Fran. I visited at the height of winter so inside it was so cosy with a real log fire and no artificial light, just candles everywhere. I did get chance to have a peak at the garden which i am definitely off to visit in summer in its full glory. 

Defo worth a visit...
